I previously tried the JML pillow which was just too bulky. This is lovely and soft, if a little short. I find myself using it more and more and it does seem to relieve pressure on my dodgy hip. For the price, definitely worth a try.

Comfortable to sleep with but the cover makes it feel very warm. I took it off and put a towel on it itself or a regular pillowcase. It’ll be loose but at least not sweaty.

I had a hip replacement just over 3 months ago. I am well on the way to recovery, but as I am a habitual 'side sleeper' I have found it difficult to get comfortable and have found that I have adopted positions whilst asleep that have left me aching when I wake. I have tried a pillow and a folded cushion between my legs, but they have not worked because they slip out of position as soon as I move when I am asleep. This knee support pillow doesn't move. It is extremely comfortable and stays in position all night. I wake feeling refreshed, with fewer aches and pains. I wish I had bought it years ago, and I certainly will be using it every night from now on. I would recommend this to anyone with lower back pain, and certainly to anyone following a hip replacement. The Bonmedico company I purchased this from through Amazon have been prompt in delivery and thoroughly reliable. Impossible to fault any aspect of this purchase.

Lovely soft, squashy little pillow. I had a very painful knee joint while sleeping and this has really helped to stop my other knee rubbing on it. It is also good while laying flat to stabilise my knee into the Grove.

First the good bitsI can't fault the quality of the item. It's good value for the money.Alas that's where it ends for me. No matter how I tried using this I couldn't find a comfortable position. The thickness and bulkiness just pushed my legs into a position that caused me hip issues. In the end I stripped the covers off and cut the foam to a size that suited me.It may work for others but alas not for me

I was doubtful about ordering this pillow but I’ve found it beneficial for my aches and pains. It allows me sleep in my side which I find more comfortable and after a few nights I found that it was easier to get out of bed. It’s comfortable to sleep with the pillow between my legs and it stays in place

As someone who is mostly a front sleeper, I have experienced neck and back discomfort throughout the night resulting in poor quality sleep. I have attempted to sleep on my side instead but I have never been able to keep my legs aligned with my back. I have tried a normal pillow but this is too bulky and doesn't provide enough support.I have just used this knee pillow and whilst it is a little firm, it is made of a very interesting memory-foam type material which keeps my legs aligned and knees comfortable. I will now be able to sleep on my side without any discomfort and long term I hope this will help my back and neck issues.Great, simple, quality product.
