The item is wet because the cap was loose and the plastic wrapping was intact but wet . I usually received this item with the cap taped but today no plastic tape at all. i like this product and itemI demand a replacement .many thanks

Gorgeous scent, tones well. I do a double cleanse at night and then in the am I use this and splash with cold water. So fresh

This product is just Beautiful 😍The Rose scent is subtle... perfectUsing a few good drops on Organic Cotton pads I wipe over my face, it’s so refreshing!My skin has become drier as I’ve hit my mid forties and very sensitive.. I can’t use my usual expensive lotions and potions so I decided to go Holistically and I know Rose water is very good for the skin...it hasn’t made my skin feel tight after using and the scent is so relaxing.The Blue bottle is very cute, Apothecary style which I just love, it’s plastic.. I thought it was going to be glass, but it still looks lovely in my bathroom.Overall I’m really pleased with this product and if like me your skin is changing I’d give this a try, use Morning and Night.

I’ve been using this rosewater instead of skin toner for years, also to freshen up in warm weather, etc. The rosewater leaves my skin feeling fresh but not taut. The lovely rose fragrance is a mood booster, too. The scent is light and does not linger, I like that. I also like the look of the blue bottle and “old fashioned” label. The price is possibly inflated because it is imported from Italy but it is still a whole lot cheaper than the toner that goes with my skincare range. I have tried other rosewater but this is the one I prefer.

Thought I'd try this as it contains Rosewater, purchased it to test after the toning lotion I'd purchased just before the 1st lockdown was empty.Prior to this I hadn't used toner in decades, but with time on my hands thought I'd give it a try again.Can honestly say that I'm really happy with this toner, makes my skin feel really good.Love the design and label of the bottle and its helping my very limited schoolgirl Italian.Would definitely recommend, I've since purchased the cleansing milk which appears to be equally as good.
