I normally wait a LOT longer to leave a review for a product, but I have to say I'm really impressed! I've been taking this for 4 days. I ordered it cos from anecdotes a lot of people were saying it melts tartar/calculus off your teeth, and whenever I go to the dentist they never get 100% of it. I think there is truth to this vitamin and teeth health because whenever I do a detox cleanse and eat pure vegan and very clean food, after 4-5 days my teeth go super dazzling white. Anyway, after taking this vitamin for 4 days, my teeth feel so clean. It's wierd. I noticed after the first day. After the first day of taking it, after brushing my teeth they felt unnaturally clean and when I flossed, literally a quarter of the usual amount of debris came out compared to normal!?!? it was so wierd. Now, I'm noticing after the 4th day that they even feel super clean before even brushing them. It's so wierd, but obviously positive and a good thing at the same time. It's too early in my case to see if the plaque really will melt off, I'll decide in a few weeks I guess when I've given it more time. Maybe it's my imagination but I swear they look a tiny bit whiter aswell? We'll have to see, as time goes on. I almost feel like I don't need to floss anymore

The tablets are small and easy to swallow. An important factor for choosing this vendor for me is that I expect the product quality is monitored through the usual UK regulatory systems as the company is based in Oxfordshire.This product was ordered along with vitamin D3 tablets and all items were dispatched quickly by the company.The tablets are contained in re-sealable packaging which makes it easy for delievey through the letter box and presumably environmentally friendly due to the material used (rather glass or plastic bottles). So far I have been very satisfied with the product and the vendor.

In the photo above you can see that I have openned the packet - the tablets are incredibly small and are approximately 1cm in diameter and 2cm tall. Easy for me to swallow.K2 MK-4 are really difficult to find online from a reputable seller so have been really pleased to find these. Interestingly MK-4 appears to have a smaller "half life" than the MK-7 variant which supposedly makes these a massive benefit over similar vitamins (better bio-availability). From reading, it appears you are supposed to take this tablet again at food times (similar to your vitamin D) but not at the same time as your vitamin D.Therefore I have one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. Only time will tell if I manage to maintain this new routine!

I have ordered these wonderful little vitamin K2-4 tablets a week ago and started taking them together with vitamin K2-7 tablets. I take both during the evening after dinner. Before, I used to take the K2-7 tablets in the morning with my D3 but have read that they should be taken apart. Fast forward a week later and I can really feel a difference in my teeth. They feel denser and the sensitive feeling has has gone too! I have also noticed that I have put on some weight even though my waist line has not increased at all. I feel that the vitamin K2 combination is working and moving calcium to my bones instead of soft tissue. I am also taking collagen, magnesium and Boron alongside the vitamin K2 and D3 supplements and this is a great combination for stronger bones and teeth.Great packaging and company and will order again soon as I am taking 500mcg per day.

I bought this product for my tooth. I have been treated twice by my dentist in the past two years, but somehow the pain doesn't go away. So, I had been searching for some supplements and found to take Vitamin D3, Vitamin A and this Vitamin K2 MK-4 (not MK-7). Since I've been taking this, my toothache has been gone and also my gum started to show very healthy.

I have only been taking these for a fortnight so I can’t comment on any long term effects. I will only know whether they have helped my osteopenia after my next bone density scan. However I can say that they are small and easy to swallow and do not contain gluten or dairy so are safe for me to take. I take one with my prescription calcium and vitamin D3 tablet, with food. I try to ensure it is a fatty food to aid absorption. So far I have not experienced any side effects.

Really good I can't take the mk7 version they give me insomnia so I take mk4 no side affects also I noticed that I don't bruise as easy I take 2 a day
