I loved the versatility of the noodles and the quality. They tasted phenomenal and authentic. Unfortunately, they do not keep very well and must be used on the spot, or else the texture gets mushy. I also did not love how large the pack was. I wanted a smaller pack from this brand but the only option was this pack of four. Additionally, they were very easy to prepare and make.

These are the best glass noodles. I like the sweet potato noodles the best. They are gluten free, cook fast and are a great addition to so many Asian dishes.

You get so much in these packages! I soak mine in cold water for about 20-30 minutes prior to boiling them and they cook so well and taste amazing. I cut them with scissors so shorten up a bit. I use them in soups, wraps, stir fry, dumplings, pot stickers

Yes, they are delicious and so much fun to slurp -- made me feel like a little child again. Was happily slurping away then discovered the p65 warning sticker on the back of the package, so small I failed to notice until most of the package had already been eaten. This was one of the few times I've purchased something without reading the reviews. Otherwise I would not have made the purchase. No, won't be purchasing this again. Spent over an hour looking for a brand that didn't have the p65 warning, without success. Such a shame, because I really liked these noodles.

These glass noodles are great I use them in a lot of my Asian cooking. They are great and if you haven't tried them... you seriously should. Pad Thai, Japchae, any salad that has noodles.
