Light and compact
It has helped tremendously with surgery recovery. It is light and folds, easy to clean and it doesn’t seem to retain odors, then again, it gets washed with dish soap right after use.The holes help with excess water.Great product!

Stopped working-seller refunded outside of refund timeframe
Update: The seller responded right away to my review and refunded all of my money right away. The customer service was great! Stopped working after about 15 uses and now out of return period by 20 days. Yay me!

Worked great 4 times….
Product worked great the first four times it was used. Went to use again for the 5th time and it’s completely dead. The motor doesn’t not appear to be sealed and is visibly rusted and has moisture inside the translucent plastic housing.Seeing as most sitz bath treatments use some form of salt this seems like a very poor design choice.

Did not fit
This did not fit the toilet but was advertised to fit. I was able to return it.

Worked perfectly
I got this to help relax my muscles and it works like magic. It also helped with pain. The only thing is mine didn't come with the bath salts, but it came with the small cloth so I didn’t mind too much. The cloth worked amazing as it was very gentle on my skin. Overall good value for your money if you’re suggested to take a sitz bath by your doctor go for this one.

Recovery with ease….
This product is wonderful! It is so simple to use and I love that it doesn’t make a super loud sound! A family member needed it after surgery and I am so glad I went with this make and model! The fact it also collapses and stores easy is ideal!

Great Product
So much easier than sitting in a tub of hot or cold water. Stores away nicely. Great purchase.

More comfortable than most
I find sits baths terribly uncomfortable to sit on…they hurt after a couple minutes so a 10 minute soak is unbearable. This on has a very flat surface so you can put it under the toilet seat, or on top. I find it comfortable enough on top. Is very deep with a good overflow spot.
