When the tool wears out, can u replace the sandpaper or is that it done with?

Its stuck on, but i guess when worn you could likely super glue a new piece on fop. Though be difficult to get even to lay flat so probs not a good idea.

Does it shape the tip into a dome on the top?

I have one of these an have not found it to shape to a dome although it is a very neat tool.

Hi there, there is no specific technique to using this tool; it is entirely down to your preference. We recommend that you sand lightly covering all areas of the tip and regularly check that it is sanding to your requirements.

What do you actuall get here? One is totally flat and 2 looked curved?

It all depends on your preference for your cue, the curved one is to keep the profile of the rounded top half of the tip, the second is for keeping the edges flat, if you are one of numerous players who like their edge almost touching the Ferrel then the rounded one will do nicely
