Having read countless negative reviews concerning popup countertop charging stations I opted for this Simpeak charger instead.With two different sized grommets included I used the larger size and after drilling through my kitchen countertop I found everything fitted snugly as it was meant to.With enough cable to easily plug into an under counter socket, it's ease of installation and use is readily apparent.Just remove the protective plastic from the face and you're good to go.The device feels weighty and substantial with a green led indicator light. Charging time is not up there with the speed of some fast chargers available with smartphones these days but likewise its no slouch in that department either.The ability to charge up to four devices from such a small, tidy unit is a bonus.I highly recommend!!

These pods work great when you don't want a big box drifting about your worktop. The fixing relies on the pod jamming into the 50mm or 60mm sleave to steady them. I added a 50mm jubilee clip under the counter to give then extra security. There's a green led to show they are active which you can't turn off so if it's for a bedroom, a tiny bit of electrical tape over that will darken them. I really like how sleek they look.

Nice and easy to install, using the recommended hole saw size the fitting was a little loose for my liking but some electrical tape to bulk it out gave it a nice snug fit. Adding the usb unit itself was a cinch.Bought 2 of these to plug in to a set of bedside tables and they’ve been so useful for minimising cable tangles and as they have a high amperage rating multiple devices charge quite nicely.My only grip that brings these down to four stars is that after a couple months the right hand USB port has developed an odd fault. If I have a lightning cable plugged in and then plug in my phone it doesn’t start charging, unplugging the cable from the USB port and plugging it back in starts the charging process but it is annoying. However, this has only developed on one of them so I think I got unlucky rather than this being a product problem. It’s an annoyance rather than a problem so as it happened after a couple of months of use it hasn’t caused enough of a problem for me to be able to comment on the customer service as I’ve not asked for a refund/replacement.Overall a good product that I’d recommend if you’ve got the budget.

I bought a very comfy two seater recliner which we love using to watch films in front of the fire. The cubby hole in the centre is great for everything except it couldn’t charge phones/remotes/iPads.I looked across Amazon for a solution and found this, at £25 I was thinking it’s only going to be worth it if it’s very good but I would rather pay that than £12 for something cheap that burns out or causes a potential fire.Delivery was quick, product very smart looking, long barrel and two sleeves, one with splines and one without. I chose the sleeve without splines and used a 54mm hole saw to hack into my lovely couch after checking access at the back. I ran a load of electrical tape around 90% of the sleeve so that it was a very tight fit and hugged it’s now home tightly. The barrel simply fits very neatly into the sleeve and I hid the cables with tape to the frame.What a difference. It’s neat, hidden and with 4 ports there’s plenty of options. iPhone SE (2020) charges very well with apple charging cable.There is also a 5 year warranty on this item with contact details for returns so I am (for now) reassured that this was a very good purchase, hope this helps someone thinking similar.

good value for money, works and looks a treat

Excellent product. Seems to enough to charge multiple devices without any issues. Installation was straight forward and looks clean on the outside. Hopefully will endure for a long time.

This does exactly what you want it too. Its simple to install (drill one hole) and its fitted. Nice design, works well ,looks good.

I like it, looks good and good charging power.I had had it installed for a week and smelled a burning smell coming from it and a USB port stopped working shortly after so I returned it, I’ve ordered another because I hope it was a one off.
