HealthAid Iron Formula Plus - 100 Count (Pack of 1) Vegetarian Tablets

I have never had a low iron count, but usually take a low dose multivitamin and iron alternating with a low dose multivitamin and mineral. During the lockdown, I had run out of these supplements and a couple months on started to feel tired in the afternoons. I just put it down to the lockdown but it was happening at a similar time every day. I researched and thought I would buy these iron tablets from HealthAid as I've used some of their products before and they have always been good quality. After taking these for just over a week, I felt back to my old self. Definitely recommend!

It definitely did the trick, I was border anaemic and now my iron count has picked up. Would have preferred it to be a one a day tablet cause I'm definitely not a pill popping 3x a day lady hence the 4 stars. So will be looking for a more convenient tablet.

While these tablets contain vitamin C to help with iron absorption they don't contain enough iron for someone who is anaemic or someone who is trying to keep their iron levels up. In my case I now have to take higher dose tablets because I now have anaemia.

I prefer using this iron formula than the iron I buy from chemists or supermarkets,this is stronger and I feel the benefits from using it,had blood count done at doctors and it's perfect so I know I am using the right iron intake as I don't eat red meats,I am happy and will continue using

Have tried other vitamin brands but these seem to work the best. Being a vegan it is important to find a reliable product. Arrived quickly before date given, well packaged. Very happy with excellent service and product, will definitely be using again.

I use that with vitamin D, and after a week it starts show the effect. Feeling much more energetic!

Returning to amazon. Jar arrived unsealed. Therefore unsafe to use. I’ve brought from this brand before and they are usually sealed. The box is also very dented and I suspect I have received someone else’s return. Yuck.

I don't know if they are working but arrived quickly and are what they said.I haven't used them before but have been prescribed iron - these thankfully do not make me feel ill.
