Got The first tv box and packing was intact bottom of tv was damaged and screen was bad. Amazon sent another one out and had the other picked up and it works great

Perfect, Perfect, perfect!!!! It came super quickly, delivered delinquently and works great! So glad I ordered the extra legs to bring the legs closer in to fit my stand. The original legs would not have worked as I would have needed a 4’ base. But all worked out beautifully. Thanks again and…. It is HUUUUUUGE!!! Awesome!!!

I don't use slow, choppy "smart" TVs because they're pretty much useless and have opted to run my setup off of a full tower for optimal performance. This TV was okay until it upgraded. It used to default back to the HMI input every time I turned it on. Unfortunatelyafter the upgrade it started defaulting to the smart TV garbage instead and I have to wait like a minute or so for it to load and spam me with LG TV ads. Once it loads, I have to manually select my HMI input every time. If I knew it was going to this much of a daily pain, I would never have bought it!

We owned the same tv before but unfortunately it got damaged during our overseas move. So ofcourse we had to get the same TV and it was the most affordable price we got it for. We love this tv. Quality is amazing, can’t deny its wonderful size for an amazing price. It was delivered on time and handled with care and easy to setup. Super happy with my purchase.

Setup:Turn TV on. Don't "Agree" or click "OK" to anything. LG aggressively wants ALL of your personal information. Don't install any LG apps on your phone either.When you finally get to the home screen, just switch to the HDMI port that has your Firestick. Done.Optional: Update the TV firmware in the TV menu. For that, LG collects your IP address and a few things.The TV menu does move slow, but who cares? You will never use it.When the TV is displaying a black screen with nothing on it, maybe it isn't "super" black? If you scrutinize every little detail you will likely find screen imperfections? If you just want to enjoy a movie, it looks just like any other TV.Notes:The only audio out is optical, so I had to buy a $12 optical cable to run to my receiver.The box it came in wasn't beat up or damaged at all. That was just good luck.It's a huge TV for a low price. We are happy with it. Good luck!

The media could not be loaded. At the time of purchaseing this tv there was only 1 review, and at a lower price, but after extensive research and owning the slightly smaller 75in version of this LG smart tv that I've been completely satisfied with and is only a yesr old. I decided this 86in would fit my needs then would use the 75in in another room in the house..Let's start from delivery to unboxing then set up where flawless, can't believe the negative reviews or being damaged apon deliverey. I personally can't say anything bad about this tv its packed with features and a good detailed clear picture just go into settings and fine tune the picture settings ect. And you won't be disappointed.. also when watching the LG channels the movies are super clear and detailed just as expected... oh yeah did I mention football games look great too just make sure the settings for sports are tailored to your liking. Like smooth motion mode works great for sports.. just make sure you have good cables when connecting this tv so you get the most from it.. I currently have good HDMI cables and running FIBER OPTIC from the tv through my klipsch home theater system. Even Bluetooth/ wifi work with no problems.. bottom line don't cheap out when hooking your tv up... Updated with a short video showing just how good the picture is! Go steelers 😃Update a month after having time to enjoy this tv its better than expected! At the time of the first review there where only1 review now there's 26, alot of broken apon deliverey and others having issues.. so far no issues here and can't stress how good this tv is really is ! It's a shame there are so many broken or unhappy people out there! When buying anything on Amazon i always check out the reviews before I decide on purchasing, but when it comes to this monster of a tv trust the positive reviews! It definitely has a stunning 4k quality picture like I said in the beginning use quality cables or fiber optics..FYI: having only an antenna when watching your local stations actuallyBrodcast clear as streaming movies through wifi or Bluetooth!

This was just what we were looking for in our family room. Easily integrated with our stereo system. Great picture and sound quality. Easy to install. It is heavy so we bought a more supportive bracket to hang on the wall.
