Could this be fitted to the bottom of a door thats on a slant and the door still open

No, it will obstruct the door closing and opening , unless the door is not in use. Also you have to be very careful as the wires will cut if it comes to touch.

Can it be fitted on a garage door

It's woven steel wool in a small roll. Fine for pushing into a small hole used by a mouse to access a property, preventing any further ingress (chewing through it will hurt them and potentially damage their bodies), the purpose for which it is designed. A garage door? I cannot see how it could be used for any purpose other than sanding down the garage door itself! The answer would be "no".

Do i need to glue it? I would think mice can push it out to get through

It’s a lot of money for a tiny piece. I’d look at other options. If you’re going to buy it then if you shove it in a hole tightly enough to plug the hole it should be fine. I think the point of it being metal is so the rodents don’t eat it/bite it

Is this just steel wool or does it contain poison ?

It doesn't contain poison and the mice cannot bite through it either once the holes are blocked up with it.
