I am 164cm tall (5 foot 4 inches) and 140 pounds (10 stone). I bought the medium size costume and it fits me really well. I have a small waist and the costume is a good shape on me - it's not baggy at all. I hope that helps.

from what I remember it is just a lyrca style top you pull on, no zip at all I am afraid... just pulled it on and off like a tshirt even with teh stuff sewn on and attached.
