The media could not be loaded. 1/26/23 Review Update;After numerous emails, pictures and videos, Cyrusher sent me a new BaFang 750w motor, it came with the gears installed as well, along with the special torx wrench as well. I installed it myself. This is a warranted bike with on 20 miles on it. No assistance from Amazon was given, in fact Amazon hindered contact with Cyrusher's support dept. The instructions from Cyrusher state to use a crescent wrench, DO NOT do this! I used an 18mm box/open end wrench. The fabulous warranty and zero help from Amazon provided with a replacement motor but nothing for my time, tool and material purchases. Returning this item would have been a joke, having to replace it the you got it which was all damaged as previously noted. Also know that it was December 2022, this bike was made in 2021, it was shipped from Cyrusher in Utah. The battery already had a year on it, not to mention the rubber parts sitting for that, who knows where. I should be reimbursed for my time and unplanned purchases to get this 20 miles bike running again. This is not the experience I hoping for nor expecting! I hope Amazon and Cyrusher are reading this review, neither have commented so far regarding the defective BaFang motor or warranty issues.______________________________________This is my first Ebike. The delivery time was great, the packing/delivery handling so so. You will need the ability of basic tool use and the ease of assembly ok. Keep in mind that their time to assemble is base on someone who works on bikes all of time, so your assembly results will vary. Removing the bike from the box, I discovered a broken off front piece from the front fender and a noticable scratch on front rim from where the pedal arm dug into it, this was either during the packing process or shipping, I do not know which. I contacted via Amazon the seller sent a few pictures but the seller could not open the pictures because Amazon apparently block them. I made contact with Cyrusher's official website regarding the issues and weeks later I was sent some touch up paint and glue for the rim and fender. I have only put less than 20 miles on this bike, riding on paved residential streets, no trails and discovered a weld crack at the back of the rack and a bad vibration noise coming from the the rear motor hub and rear sprocket (cassette), there is some play between this cassette and motor hub. I was told buy the seller the welding crack was natural due to vibration of basically riding the bike. (Ok?) I am still playing 15 questions with the seller on vibration noise when the motor is engaged, even though I have sent them videos of it. My reason for this bike was/is to help with reducing lower back and it was working as well as helping with quality of life. Seeing as this bike is under warranty and the knowledge that I know there is a problem with it, I don't want to damage it further to give them seller/or Amazon an excuse to void these warranties. Maybe it is better to buy these bikes at a store location, I do not know. The only good thing about this event is I know to help relieve my pain. I am not getting the acclaimed quality customer service from either the seller or Amazon.
