Rainforest Foods Organic Chlorella Powder 200g

Great quality product that I take daily with a wheatgrass powder of the same brand. While wheatgrass' taste I can easily tolerate, this is something entirely different. It tastes like bunch of fish died in a stagnant pond and they took that water and made you drink it. I only can drink this mixed together with wheatgrass to somewhat mask the pure taste of Chlorella. I hold my breath the whole time. As far as the product goes, it's of a very good quality and provides lots of health benefits well worth the breath-holding. I feel like I have more energy. Also, my mood has been consistently 'optimistic', and my overall wellbeing seems to have improved as well since I started talking it. I will definitely recommend this - just don't expect a tasty milkshake - buy a nose clip instead.

Guys, I am NOT exaggerating it.The first time I opened the bag, I was close to vomiting.So terrible, it smelt like a mixture of very strong and disgusting and extreme expensive sort of French cheese and smelly feet. Ugghhh.But I read so much positive things about Chlorella, so I didn't give up on it, I left the bag open for awhile, so the 'aroma' will be less dominant, then I drank it with a big glass of apple juice and I had just 1/3 or max 1/2 of a teaspoon.The first couple of days were very difficult, later I was alright.I really saw a change in my skin, it looks honestly much smoother than before, but please bare in mind I have also matcha tea, that I am drinking, so I am not too sure whether the matcha tea or chlorella or both of them made my skin more beautiful.But never mind, I will give my best to continue to drink this disgusting thing, as it is healthy.

I hope to God this is doing me good because the taste is... Challenging... The only way I can enjoy this product is to mix a teaspoon of it (or half a teaspoon) into soup (mix well so you don't end up with lumps). It's a bit like fish sauce - it adds a nice depth of flavour to things in small doses, but the ingredient on its own tastes and smells like death. I can take a teaspoon just mixed with water if I don't breath through my nose, but it doesn't really mix very easily because the powder is so fine. It's a shame because the product is a beautiful colour and seems to be very high quality. 4* rating based mainly on the proven ability of chlorella to remove nasty stuff from your body.

There’s something up with this brand of chlorella and I’ve been violently sick twice after consuming 1/2 the recommended serving. Other brands don’t do this. It’s gone in the bin and I won’t be buying from this brand again.

I bought this along with Spirulina Powder and all I can say is after only 3 days I'm really noticing a difference in my digestive health. Great stuff.

I could easily feel the elevation in my energy levels in a couple of days after I started taking this. I take 5g of chlorella with 10g of wheatgrass of the same brand in a glass of water empty stomach in the morning. It has also reduced my acid reflux problems. One thing that Chlorella has done is that it has helped in improving the bowel movements. I am a vegetarian and I rely on this for my Vit D and Vit B12, it has enormous amount of these vitamins. No need of any crappy supplements.
