Unique Party 80017 - Large Disposable Helium Canister to fill 50 x 9" Helium Balloons

Great item - I've used this before and its easy to operate (I usually don't like using things like this in case they go pop !) but the instructions were simple to understand and the cannister easy to open and to get filling the balloons. I didn't use the size guide which is on the top of the box (you cut it out according to the size you want) and so I just filled up 30 helium quality balloons to a nice full size before all the gas ran out - probably larger than they should be - but I was happy with the amount and size of the balloons I ended up with - had I filled them according to the size guide I'm sure it would have happily filled 50 smaller ones.GREAT price and quick to do - a million times better than getting a shop to do it which can be so expensive. I filled the balloons up at around 11am and they were down by the next morning - but they certainly lasted for the party time required and the helium cannister was GREAT.

Haven't used it yet, looked kinda small like the 30 canister, but hope it will be OK.

Large tank of helium, supposedly accepted at the local refuse and recycling point (TBC). So far I've inflated the equivalent of approximately 30 balloons (I have a variety of sizes and shapes - walking balloons, foil balloons etc, so it's best guess) and as far as I can tell there's plenty left in the tank. I can only assume it's only helium and not a mix as the balloons float fine, lasting the same duration as other times I've had helium tanks. Regular balloons don't last very long - only inflate them on the day you need them or buy good quality ones, the foil or plastic ones are best and can be inflated the day beforehand (although always good to test one a few days in advance if you can). I was a little surprised at the weight - on receipt it felt far too light - only 4kg! I was a little dubious and emailed the supplier who were as clear as mud in their response, but in fairness, it's filled loads of balloons - they all float and have lasted as long as I expected and the tank still isn't empty.

Avoid this product. Helium quality was poor and wouldn't lift balloons. Really spoilt my child's party centrepiece and a waste of expensive balloons. Seller insisted the product wasn't to blame and it was the fault of the balloons. We tried 6 balloons in total and the result was the same. Had different branded canisters in the past but got this as it was a few pound cheaper. I won't make that mistake again as it was a waste of £40 plus the ruined balloons. Seller eventually gave a partial refund of £16 but wouldn't give a full refund even though the item was defective. So disappointing and out of pocket!

This was so easy to use. The bottle is very light and easy to handle. You turn the tap on full and then bend the nozzle up and hey presto - a filled balloon. But beware - this is supposed to fill 50 balloons and it will if you mid fill them. Hubby got carried away here at Chez B and we ended up with 30 balloons instead. But that's a lot of balloons.

This helium didn't work with the large number balloons. It inflated them and they dropped immediately to the floor and half floated there. We bought it to inflate numbers but ended up using it to inflate the standard balloon which it did well. 3 stars because I wanted it to work with the larger balloons, don't buy unless you are only using with standard balloons.

Excellent! Very easy to use. I inflated a huge Buzz lightyear jumbo air walker and it still had enough helium left for other helium foil birthday balloons as well as a normal latex birthday balloons. It still has some left! The balloons have not sagged yet, excellent quality.

Waste of money I ended up going to a shop last min to get them blown up that cost me more money wouldn't buy this again very disappointed

Love having a little helium tank to fill balloons when needed vs running to the store to grab one here and there. However, could’ve purchased at a local store for less. Check your local stores first to avoid shipping costs. My husband purchased this for me and didn’t mind the shipping costs, whereas I do.

Ich war wirklich zweigeteilt aufgrund der Rezessionen die es hier schon gab. Aber ich wollte es trotzdem ausprobieren, an Halloween mal etwas anderes machen als nur die normale Deko.Also abe ich mir dieses Ballongas schicken lassen. Mit dem Versand hat alles toll geklappt und trotzdem konnte mich auf den ersten Blick dieses knallrote Ding einfach nicht überzeugen. Nachdem es dann aber schon mal bei uns zu Hause stand und ich es doch nicht hatte um sonst kaufen wollen (noch dazu wurden schon zahlreiche verschiedenartige Ballons gekauft), habe ich es einfach ausprobiert.Die Handhabung ist kinderleicht, ich empfehle jedoch trotzdem die Ballons zu zweit zu füllen. Besonders wenn es ganz normale 0815 Ballons übersteigt.Wir haben es mit Folienballons (rund wie auch Skelette und ähnliches), leichte Kunststoffballons und auch mit den normalen Ballons probiert, die sogar noch etwas schwerer waren, weil sie von innen beleuchtet wurden.Ergebnis:Folienballons - sie schweben immer noch, obwohl wir sie am Nachmittag von Halloween aufgeblasen haben, also schon über einen Monat. Man sieht zwar langsam, dass ihnen das Helium ausgeht, doch sie sind immer noch gut gefüllt und ich wette sie schweben wahrscheinlich noch 2 Wochen.Leichter Kunststoffballon - genauso wie der Folienballon schwebt er immer noch und es ist kein Ende in Sicht.Normale Ballons - haben nur knapp 8 Stunden gehalten, aber dieses Helium ist auch nicht auf diese Ballons ausgelegt. Man sollte vielleicht ein anderes Motiv für die Verpackung wählen.Die schlechten Kundenbewertungen führe ich darauf zurück, dass man wahrscheinlich die normalen Luftballons befüllt hat die es in jeder Geburtstagsabteilung zu finden gibt. Wenn man jedoch etwas mehr Spaß haben will, dann sollte man zu Folienballons oder Balons aus leichtem Kunststoff greifen.Fazit: Ich gebe dem Produkt 5 von 5 Sternen, weil es handlich ist, die Ballons leicht zu befüllen und weil es lange hält wenn man die richtigen Ballons nimmt.Empfehlung: Ändert das Bild auf der Verpackung. Für diese Art von Luftballons ist das Helium meiner Meinung nach nämlich nicht geeignet.
