I have been taking this supplement for over a month now. Not sure if it is having any effect at all but glutamine is a key factor in leaky gut repair so I am persisting with it till the bottle runs out. Fingers crossed it is doing its work.UPDATE: Jan 24 - it took stopping taking them to see the positive effects. Really helped settle stomach issues. Surprising benefit was significantly reducing sugar cravings. Took 1-2 pills daily so lasted weeks. Definitely recommend!

After researching supplement sources online, I decided to look up all the ‘companies’ I have purchased from. ‘MultiVita’ has no Trustpilot profile and not much of an online presence.I'm sourcing my L-Glutamine elsewhere, now!
