I don't understand how these can be waterproof if they can be blended with water? I mix pen drawing with water colour - I don't want bleeding...

They are waterproof and do not smudge,my pens don’t say they can be blended with water,I’ve dropped water on the ink and it doesn’t run at all and doesn’t sink through paper

I ordered a set of fine liners and brush pens but when the parcel arrived I had been sent 2 sets of brush pens.

Obviously an error in packaging or something, my fine liners arrived with only one brush pen.

does anyone happen to know if these colours will cleanly and clearly mark on top of and outline opague solid guoache paints?

I use these pens on parchment paper and have no problem with the ink drying quickly, They do not extrude a lot of ink on using them, I have not tried it on gouache paints but you should certainly be able to outline.
