Q: Are these jars suitable for containing moustache wax? It needs to be poured in while it is hot.

I believe so. I am not clear on how "hot" such wax would be at the point of pouring it in. if in doubt, i would suggest that the pouring process is adapted, to allow a smaller amount to settle on the bottom & cool a little bit, thus insulating the base of the container from direct contact with the bulk of the hot wax, poured in subsequently. Any contents above 100 degrees centigrade should be viewed with extreme caution!

Not sure. It's 5g in size not sure what that would be in ml. I use them for home made lip balm.

Q: Can you use these for spare drills for diamond painting?

I'm not sure what diamond painting is. I use the 5ml pots for putting homemade lip balm in. They have a good screw on top with a transparent lid so you can see the contents. Useful nicely made little pots. The internal diameter is about 24mm if that's any help.
