I was so happy to find Callebaut cocoa power on Amazon! I'm half Belgian and a retired personal chef and would always brings back Belgian Callebaut cocoa powder back with me to the U.S. until going through customs with cocoa powder got to be rather fraustrating. This is the same quality and brand I get in Belgium and highly recommend it for all the bakers. Avoid using Herseys cocoa and others. You'll be extremely happy and get great results.

Callebaut dutched cocoa powder remains the most flavorful and aromatic I have found. I have tried a few less expensive brands, but so far have not found one that can compete. Reportedly, cocoa prices are high not only because of inflation and supply chain issues (which are affecting many commodities) but also because drought in West Africa is cutting supply. So, I cannot rate this product high on "value for money," but I still like it so much that I do not want to risk buying other brands in case they disappoint.
