Are these the +4mm? I do t understand 9/16’! Thanks

9/16" refers to the thread diameter (the bit that screws into your cranks) all adult bikes with the exception of BMX bikes use a 9/16" thread, BMX and some children’s bikes use the slightly smaller 1/2" thread. The +4mm refers to the length of the pedal axle, they are 4mm longer and are used if you're the kind of rider whose heels are constantly striking the crank arms when pedalling the bike, don't choose this option unless you need it though.

Do these pedals come with cleats.

They will fit fine due to them being a standard size. The only difference is that the +4mm axle is needed if you have very wide feet. I have wide feet and use the normal size. The +4mm must be designed for bigfoot.

What’s the difference between black & standard?

Sorry mate. I have no idea what the difference is. I got the black carbon ones and very pleased with them.
