The texture gets a bit of getting used to (I'm autistic so I wasn't sure at first) because it does feel thick and tacky and not slippery like vaseline etc. HOWEVER, after 5-10 minutes this texture melts into feeling much nicer and a bit more slippy but not as slippy as vaseline. The best part about this lip balm though is results. I wouldn't say any lip balm could moisturise for a whole day in one use but this does last 6-7 hours for me is pretty good going. I apply it more than I need to purely out of habit from when I've used other balms previously. It's a fairly matte lip balm and clear (unless you put a lot on then it can appear slightly white for just five minutes or so after application before it absorbs.) I use it at morning and night and also frequently over lip stains I've applied so I can have colour and moisture without it smudging like when you apply a lip balm to lipstick or tinted glosses. Highly recommend if you need a moisturising and healing lip balm that actually works. :)

Really impressed. I have had very dry cracked lips for almost 3 weeks straight and no amount of Vaseline or Nivea was helping them. Used this before bed and woke up with visibly better lips, the corners had healed and were no longer dry and painful when I opened my mouth to eat or talk. Been using for 2 days now morning and night and my lips are almost completely healed. Best lip balm I have ever tried!

Gets the job done but overpriced

Don’t tend to usually leave reviews but I just had. Suddenly out of nowhere I got really dry, flaking and painful lips. The usual blistex and carme didn’t work so I bought this one purely because it was the first one when I searched it. Pretty obvious which ones are the before and afters (neither picture have the lip balm on) but the dry picture is the evening of Sunday before I had used it and the latest picture is of this morning (Tuesday) no more cuts in the corner or dry feeling. I’ve been applying it constantly atleast 4 times a day and before I go to sleep and honestly it’s fixed them. Will definitely be using daily. It’s a matte finish so not the usual glossy look but I like the feel of it and I like the shape of the tub if I’m honest, definitely small enough to fit anywhere.
