Does the job and will definitely help if you have knee issues but other Neo-G products are better and more comfortable.

Excellent sopport. Able to adapt sizing to fit perfectly. However, the sizing is quite small. I would normally be a medium/large, but needed an extra large. I had noticed this being mentioned on reviews before- so got the larger size.

I am an 84 year old man with bone on bone osteoarthritis of the right patello-femoral joint stemming from an RTA in 1960. It has given increasing trouble since 2017 and although initially responding to steroid injections, it no longer does so. Currently it wakens me 3 times every night and only partially responds to paracetamol. My orthopaedic surgeon advised using a brace with patella tracking properties, hence my purchase of this device. I have tried it both at night and during the day for the past 2 weeks with minimal benefit. However, he told me it might take a few months, so I remain hopeful!

This is the sports car of knee supports. I was getting severe knee pain especially on mountain descents with routes longer than 6 miles. It got to the point that I was hiking and then having to refrain for at least 4 weeks to do another one. After some research it was evident it was ITB syndrome - so I bought one of these for the knee that kept giving me the pain. On first use it was immediately obvious on the huge difference it was making.This was in fact the 2nd one I bought. After completing a 30km+ loop of the Brecon Beacons taking in a large number of summits I pushed my other knee too far and the pain started on that one as well. Now I know that if I wear one of these there is no pain on the descents and the following day will also be usually pain free. They are more bulky than those usual pull on types but it's the velcro straps and the metal strips down the sides that takes a large amount of stress off of your knees.

Item was good only they come up rather small we were going to buy small as my wife is a small person from a previous buyers suggestionSo we ordered a large but still to small so we are going to return and get an extra large instead

This offered no support for my knee. Not sure about the description they give. Returned
