Do you find this really helps with frizz?

To be honest I think it’s more of a buffer shampoo. I find that it doesn’t bubble up too much and I had to wash a few times. It also makes your hair feel really dry, I think I prefer the red bed head shampoo and conditioner. My hair is quite fine so frizzes easily and the bed head locks in a lot of moisture which stops it from frizzing :)
