Heavy Duty 12mm Solid Rubber Gym Mat | 6 x 4ft, 1.82 x 1.22m

I bought 4 of these for my garage floor which i am turning into my gym. Firstly the price is very good for the quality. They are thick enough to be long lasting and heavy wearing. I bought these also because the size would mean i should be able to fit 2 side by side into my garage without having to cut them and so it turned out. They arrived a whole week ahead of schedule which was very impressive. They were easy to lay and move into place. The weight of the mats ensures they do not slip or slide. The fit isnt quite perfect, probably due to my walls but that would be nit picking. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. Fully recommend.

Used on top of hardwood flooring under a power-rack in a home gym; so far seem very durable, are nice and grippy underfoot, easy to clean and reduce noise.The handgrip cutouts are a nice touch when moving in to position.The 12mm thick mats are certainly not light, so please bear that in mind for delivery if you then have to get them up (or down) flights of stairs or into rooms.The rubber smell takes a few weeks to dissipate fully and it can be pretty strong for the first couple of weeks.Well priced, very quick delivery and highly recommended

I wanted to use the product as a floor finish for my dog walking van. It needed to be slightly cushioned but extremely hard wearing and waterproof ideally.I was a little concerned about the slightly open texture in patches of the product but this wasn’t detrimental to the performance of the product.

I bought a couple of sheets for my home gym as I'd just had vinyl flooring put down. It really is great stuff and will protect your floor from plate damage for years to come.I have to level a few 'minor' criticisms though, now that I've had the sheets down for a few months. Firstly the way the sheets are rolled up. My sheets came with the outermost side on the outside of the roll (I understand why they do this as it lies better when unrolled), however, the couriers who manhandled the heavy rolls in and out trucks, have scratched and scraped the sheets in various places as the plastic wrap couldn't protect it well enough.Secondly the handle cutouts on the underneath of the sheets; I don't think they're necessary as you can move the sheets around easy enough. The cutouts render the rubber sheet noticeably thin on the upper side - my knee sits in one of the handle locations when I kneel to do my lats bar. Again a minor irritation.Lastly is the smell. Man oh man the first couple of weeks was nauseatingly smelly - this was to be expected as it is 'probably' recycled rubber. But Jesus it was stinky. I had to keep remembering to shut the spare room/gym room door, or it stank up the whole house. But a couple of months in, the smell has finally started to dissipate - still smells, but not too bad now. So stick with it, it gets better.I would most definitely buy more sheets if I needed them. The seller was fantastic to deal with - very polite and answered my stupid questions. The price is fantastic as well. Remember, this is just my observations and we are all different. What may irritate me, may never bother you, such is the subjectivity of reviews.

Have been using them for a few months now as a gym floor in my garage. They are great and do not slip around. Really feels like I have my own gym at home, whether I'm weight lifting or doing cross training plyometric sessions.

I read a few reviews about the smell so I left this outside unrolled for a couple of days and washed both sides before putting it in my shed for my home gym. No smell at all after that. Works great.

Used under a turbo trainer to protect the floor from sweat and scratches. Wanted a one piece solution. Excellent thickness, very heavy. No chance the floor will get damaged. Very pleased, but it was a little pricey, worth it for the right result.

I wanted a good amortization and noise reduction but this does not deliver at all. The thickness is also not 12 mm, more like 9. Very noisy, cannot rotate on my toes when doing combat in sneakers. Would be happy to return it really but it will be more trouble than it's worth due to the heaviness. I put it on top of carpet with the view of reducing the noise from jumps and other MMA stuff but it is ridiculously noisy. Do not recommend at all.
