We were advised of delivery date, waiting in home all day, never arrived, then advised it would be next day, not good enough.

Good quality but small screw missing and was hard to find a small one that fitted

Not big enough
Doesn't hold my large 11 inch dinner plates. Maximum size plate that fits is 9 inches which is not good enough for me. Had to return it.

Not as displayed in the picture!
Nothing like the picture. Don't buy this, buy the one for £11.99 instead as they are exactly the same. I had a previous one like the one displayed in the picture which was sturdy. This is definitely not and will probably break in a couple of months!!

Slats too close together
The slats are too close together to safely put dinner plates/bowls on it.
