I made brownies and forgot to grease the pan. Usually this means stuck brownies, crumbles, and soaking for two days just to clean it. NO!! THEY CAME RIGHT OUT!! And cleaning them is easy too, since they’re small squares and nothing is stuck in them. Love these!

These pans are great for baking! Just add some oil or spray to the bottom, and you won't have a single problem with cake sticking to the pan. The pans are well-built and sturdy, and I can tell that they will last me forever. I have already used them to bake multiple cakes, and I haven't had a single issue! Would recommend!

Love these pans so easy to cook in everything slides out easy. Easy to clean.

Perfect for layered cakes, i do use the baking rounds that you get wet to go around them though so the outside doesn't cook as fast, without them the cakes were always a little too done on the edges, but with them they usually come out leveled so you dont have to cut any cake off to make it stack, and they usually come out clean if you use a cake release mix on the bottom and edges of the pan (I use flour, butter, and touch of veg oil mixed because I never have baking paper for the bottoms)
