I loved this charger BUT it’s STOP charging my phone and the air pods after 2 months. It is possible to change this faulty item?

It's great needing only one socket outlet for 3 devices, and folds flat for travel, which is unusual. Not sure why they specify that it's for Apple devices, as it's Qi wireless rather than MagSafe. Good price too.

This charges watch and pods very well but phone not so good, bought one for my wife and then bought one for myself before realising it wasn’t charging phone that fast.
