Jeans waist 32 leg 32 what size would fit me?

I've had four pairs of FDX cycle 'bottoms' - 2 tights and 2 bib tights. All are XL and these fit me pretty well (waist 36 inside leg 29) although I have to turn over the leg bottoms on the bib tights. The tights are pretty stretchy, so I reckon you'd be OK with a size L.

Is it good for cold weather?

Yeah seem fine in cold weather, no issues with them

What size for 38" waist 30" leg

Funny thing is I'm not sure I have a straight answer for you. I have a waist size 34 leg 32 and the L is okay for my waist but a bit long on the legs. I hope this helps :)
