Q: would it fit a bike seat which is 14.5 cm at it's widest point?

HI, I don't know the measurements of my bike seat but the cover is quite big with a draw string to pull it tight in place underneath. The gel is thick so it is very comfortable and does prevent sore bits!! So far. I hope this helps.

Q: Will it fit a Viavito Satori exercise bike? 26 x 28 com seat

From my experience with this saddle addition it will only fit standard narrow cycle seats, not exercise machine wide seats.

Q: Can this be used over a gel seat

It depends on the depth of the actual saddle. It took a little effort to get it over the saddle on my spin bike but once on it stays in place. It should be fine over a gel seat.
