Recommend this set
It's a little heavier than I'd like for hiking but for how solid it is it's worth a spot in my pack. And the knife is a good blade I normally would bring a pocket knives and utensils separately but have since just brought this for my weekend trips which saves me weight in the end would recommend to anyone who wants durability and is conscious and pack weight

To close locked tools push in behind base!
Updated a few days later: Below, originally, I remarked about the utensil tool in this listing of four items - but I didn't realize then the four multitools couldn't be reviewed individually - I bought one of each. For the record, every feature of the the pliers multitool I received also works as expected, including locking and unlocking all features using the two thick exterior notched levers that depress on one end to release whichever tool is locked. The card and bike multitools I received both function as expected too.Re the eating utensils tool - original review:I've been considering myself "not particularly mechanically clever" most of my life, but lmao nowadays and henceforth (in jest!), I'm considering myself some sort of (at least beginner, amateur) engineer (with a small e). Ahem. So there are inner levers holding the knife and spoon locked open, and pushing at the base of the locked spoon or knife moves the lever out of the way, allowing folding back in.Or, I'm wondering, maybe some of the negative reviewers received defective units - mine works easy. Everything on mine works as expected, and helpfully, the spoon is deeper than some others I've tried recently.Carrying comfortably, with or without the pouch, and cleaning seem easy. The gadget seems durable enough, though it could come apart when hanging without its pouch from the loop (on the spoon end) if jostled lots, or if shoved in a pocket, because the two parts do lock together rather loosely, I feel. For me, this thing works as expected, but I'll find out for sure how it holds up during further use, of course, and I'll see also just how stainless the steel is.

it appears to be a high quality tool
It was larger then I expected but given it's purpose it needs to be the size it actually is. There is a hand made feel to it I like. The "pull apart" feature is a little different but it does actually work well. I am not sure this will save any weight or volume to your pack when compared to other options but it is a nice tool.

3 yrs and still very happy!
A multitool is absolutely an essential part of anyone’s daily life. I’ve had this for about 3 years now and it’s been very reliable. Knife and saw hold up very well on sharpness. You don’t need an overly expensive brand as this will hold up just as good! Over time the hex screw keeping the tools in place got a tad bit loose and the tools started opening up by themselves, but you just retighten it and it’s fine again. In 3 years on a $14 multitool, thats the ONLY problem I’ve had ONE time. I plan on buying 3 more, one to keep in the car, one for the man cave, and one as a spare!

Excellent value
All steel. No plastic. Better than Gerber, I should know. I broke 2. (Gerbers, that is.)

Too Bulky
I purchased this to slip inside my minimalist wallet in order to add a front pocket clip and add some mini tool capabilities. It does this, but it feels bigger, heavier, and bulkier than I wanted. Therefore, I am not using it anymore. It's still a useful tool, but just not for me.

You should try it out yourself
I have been looking for a cheap multitool. This one is a keeper. I have returned other cheap multitools that have misaligned cutter or scissors that pop out on its own. This one has polished finish, good weight, and $12. It has pliers, scissors, file, knife, saw, flat screwdriver, philips screwdriver, bottle opener...... You should check it out yourself.
