A perfect blend (IMHO) of herbs and spices to make a perfect chilli. I used slightly more than suggested as was not significant quantity left for another day. Used with minced steak, the best available tinned tomatoes and beans, coupled with very tasty red peppers and genuine beef stock, plenty of onions and extra garlic - The result is magnificent.

The spice blend of Ras El Hanout is one I really like.This brand is particularly good (to my taste) and lasts well.The pack is re-sealable, so flavours last.My only irritation, which really isn't one from me, is that I keep getting asked from other Amazon users what the ingredients list is - I would supply a photo if I could, but, unfortunately, the ingredients list of the packet fades into obscurity by the time anyone asks (and, of course, it could have changed since I bought it)...A suggestion to the seller / manufacturer - provide a full ingredients list on the listing so customers / potential customers could see this...Or, sort out the labelling on your packaging so that it doesn't fade so rapidly - I have jars of herbs and spices that are 10+ yrs old that I can read clearly, but your pouches fade after 1 month!I have a No of friends with very specific allergies, so knowing the full list is essential - I cannot offer them food I've made at home as I just don't know the full ingredient list!

A nice blend, ideal for adding to mayonnaise. Its fairly spicy so you don't need a lot

The product is great, the delivery was catastrophic. The driver knocked at my door, and although there is a clear sign to wait for me, he went away without a word or a card to tell me where the item was. Furthermore, he said he left the item behind the wheelie bin and it was inside. Only today, going on the website, I saw that the item resulted delivered. Every Wednesday (yesterday) we have a bin collection. Luckily yesterday was the turn of the black bin, otherwise my things would have gone in the trash. On top of that, the driver went to the wrong house and to come to mine left two gates open in a high wind day. Terrible! For the future, it’s easier to put things in the garden container on the side of the house.

Used to make wat (spicy Ethiopian stew), tasted delicious and saved me the effort of having to mix the spices myself. Definitely spicy but not quite as fiery as some recipes suggest it should be so don't hold back if you like it hot.

Not that strong in flavour and slightly sweet and no heat from the chilli. My farther used half of the packet for the cous cous sauce. It smells nice and aromatic. The pack size is ok if you want to try something new but the price is expensive. Other than that, it's ok.
