Do you sell the devider separately, I like using 5 bobbins for my dmc skeins in each section?

You can take everything out and arrange them as you like. It's not sealed in place.

How many bobbins can this hold?

I've used new, whole DMC floss wrapped around each bobbin and comfortably fit around 25 in all 4 compartments so roughly 100. If you have left over floss or avoid using the dividers then you may fit more than this.

Does it include the threads

No threads are included just the box with dividers

I have already purchased this and the bobbins do not fit sideways as shown in main picture

That’s strange mine fit! Perhaps your bobbins are slightly larger? They only just fit so if a few mm larger I guess you’d struggle to get them in.
