Absolutely rubbish. Does not work. Size was too big and uncomfortable. Was snoring as usual within 10 mins of getting to sleep. Don't waste your money like I did , as obviously its non returnable. Given one star only because I can't submit review , otherwise it would be no star.

Really hurts your teeth, a bit big for your mouth, it does work but your in pain when you wake up. There are cheaper ones which you can mould to your teeth so it doesn't hurt while sleeping with it in.

As a long term user of this device I have to disagree with many of the comments. I am a heavy snorer and was suffering from sleep apnea, waking up breathless during the night and mis-diagnosed with asthma! I had to persevere at first, but after recording my snoring for a whole night with and without the guard fitted I was convinced. Without it the recording was a jagged up and down line, with gaps where I stopped breathing, but with it in there was a remarkable transformation to a smooth recording. I have worn every night for three or four years.

These devices work by holding your jaw forward from your top teeth. This item's bite is set and is not mouldable in hot water.It's very soft but because it's not mouldable but, it is still uncomfortable to wear.Simply put, it doesn't work and is painful. Look elsewhere for one you.can mould to the shape or your own teeth.

It’s a clumsy ineffective waste of money. Too big for the mouth, falls out if you do not bite into it, however, the instructions state “do not bite” and “do not cover the mouth guard with the lips.” So, Remote your lips before going to bed!!!! Unfortunately, this product made my snoring worse.

Wish I read the reviews before I purchased it… quick delivery and cheap -these are the only 2 good things about it which is why I gave 2 stars and not 1.

First things first. If you have a small mouth, this isn't for you.If you have an average to large mouth, this may be a tight fit and take a little getting used to, but after a week of usage, I'm told that it has made a significant dent in my snoring.At these prices, I would recommend giving this a try.
