My steel watch strap had to be removed to allow for a new battery to be fitted. This destroyed the spring bar, which shot it's tiny spring across the room to be lost forever between the floorboards.On searching on Amazon I came across this kit. I only needed one spring bar, but the price of 360 of them wasn't much more than one if I'd added in postage and packing!You get 20 of each of 18 different lengths, from 8mm up to 25mm. And you get a small tool for extracting a spring bar and fitting one back in. They all come in a neat clear plastic case with a compartment for each size - essential as I wouldn't want to have to measure each one to get the right length.The pins seem well made and the tool works well in the tricky task of getting the bars back in their tiny holes. My watch is now back in working condition and I haven't had to spend much if the problem occurs again. I might even take up watch repairing for my neighbours!

The product was described and delivered within the estimated delivery dates ...Initial inspection indicates that the Watch Spring bar kit is of good quality and contains a range of Spring bars that would probably accommodate 99% of the needs of those who carry out their own minor Watch repairs .I doubt many people would use all the range of the pins supplied ,unless they were a professional Watch repairer ....I have yet to use the kit ,but expect to do in the near future .I conclude this kit represents excellent value for money which would pay for itself with its first use .....A good addition to a Watch Repair Tool Kit .

same set as many others just cheapest of the lot at the time. decent pins in nice little box to keep them in. I hope I will not need all of them!

I thought I needed one size but ended up being 2mm out on my measurement which shows I don't understand where the measurement is taken from on these. I was tempted to just buy a four pack of the size I thought I wanted, but bought the multi-pack with 360 pieces in as it was only twice the price but you get 356 pieces more and I may use the pieces as dowels for other hobby repairs. The size I thought I needed didn't fit and neither did the one that was 1mm shorter, but the one 2mm shorter was perfect and went in first time. I initially thought that the little tool that comes with the pins was a gimmick, but it has a very useful scalloped end that you can use to compress the spring to fit it. 360 pieces is a bit of an overkill for the amount I need - I suppose I only repair a watch strap every few years but what makes this pack worthwhile is that you know that you'll have the right size pin in there and won't have to mess about re-ordering different size ones. These are well made and strong pins and I think that they will last as long as any other more expensive one. Sure if you have a Breitling or a pricy Rolex then maybe buy one of theirs but it wouldn't surprise me if they are all the same. An easy 5 stars and my highest possible recommendation.

Seem well made and a good variety, just too thick to fit my watch

Must have as it's easy to lose these while changing or adjusting watch bands especially stainless steel.
