Beautiful stuff for clay!

All good fast delivery despite the bigh weight, perfect for the job.

Our garden was quite boggy, you couldn't walk on it for sinking and sliding about, I added loads of rotted manure and 3 tons of sharp sand, left it for about a yr now I'm trying the gypsum. I put the gypsum on our clay soil a few days ago, I think its working, im quite impatient in getting the garden sorted but it all takes time! In some parts its still quite sticky and heavy so will need to buy some more gypsum. We don't sink or slide about and in some parts its quite crumbly so yeh getting there! Its good that it doesn't alter the ph of the soil when you just need something to break the clay up and aid drainage plus it adds some nutrients for plant roots too when eventually we get to be able to plant some plants! 😊

It’s to early to tell how good this is for my clay soil. But arrived well packed, and very easy to use. Time will tell. ATM there is no puddles on my lawn.

Even after a month of being dug in I am not sure it’s broken down the clay at all.

Our garden is heavy clay soil - we have tried everything to stop it bogging in the winter but we always fail miserably, which requires the grass to either be re turfed or re seeded every single spring - this has gone on for 12 years! Our garden becomes to muddy that we are just unable to use it over the winter months.We have had some very heavy rain recently and since putting half a bag of this gypsum down the grass has stayed green and alive and the clay has not bogged - no water pools! So far i am super pleased - lets see how we fair over the coming winter months! However first impressions are great!

Delivery was good. However I'm not finding it useful for breaking down heavy clay.
