This device is a perfect fit for a sink and will connect to a hand held sprayer used for pets or whatever. The shower hose does fit. Most show only biget connections. I needed a replacement for the hand held sprayer that I use for my sink. Perfect!! They do weaken with use back and forth so I ordered three. Now that I know this is the right connector, I will order more because I have two hand held sprayers.

The faucet diverter features a twist-lock mechanism on its top, intended to secure the water inlet tube. Unfortunately, this component loosens significantly over time, leading to persistent leaks. Attempts to tighten the lock only exacerbate the problem, causing water to spray from multiple points. Due to this fundamental design flaw and its resulting unreliability, I strongly advise against purchasing this product.

We have a beautiful shower with all kinds of nobs and dials and multiple settings. Hand held, waterfall, rain, mist, spray and faucet -- plus it times your shower and tells you the water temp. It looks great and wife lives it. The handheld broke inside the shower unit. Everything else is working.I picked this up to "Frankenstein" the shower unit to plug the hand-held shower "wand" in to the faucet. It's not pretty, but it works. At a very reasonable price. That shower want takes about 2-3 mins off my shower time.The vinyl tape made sure there were no leaks and while the pressure is a bit lower plugged in to the faucet, it's more than acceptable.My only complaint is the threaded adaptor to fit in the faucet fixture was almost too short and I had to be very careful not to strip the threads -- removed one star for that.Note: This is not a permanent fix for us -- but to carry us over a few months to replace the entire shower unit as I discovered the innards of it were very cheaply made (sad for something that ran us near $600) and I just don't have the time for this type of repair right now.I can easily see this being handy for a tub that has no shower option! I had something similar years ago I added to my apartment tub (which didn't have a shower).

I’ve had it about a year and no real issues, sometimes it leaks a little but usually it’s because it’s become loose, as I’ve got like a sprayer hose attached to it so it might cause it to twist a little over time with constant moving. I tighten it back up and it’s golden.

3 stars because qaulity is good, shipping was fast and overall a good product, but 3 stars because does NOT fit a garden hose! You will need to buy a couple additional adapters from a hardware store to get your washing machine hose (same threads as garden hose) or garden hose to fit it.

It fit perfectly and seems to be well made. I received it within the time promised. I can't ask for any more than this. It was super easy to install.

Worked fine for about 3-4 months, then started to bypass a little bit (drip from diverter when the valve should be closed). Finally just exploded, handle came off, broken plastic, water spraying out the front. I would normally give 1 star, but I was using the valve a lot (probably 6+ times/day).
