Powerful, compact, travels well
Took it to New Zealand for 3 weeks. Used it several times, loved how fast it gets ready (less than 40 seconds), the small water reservoir (yes, I actually think smaller is better in this case for portability), and that it works with both 110/220V outlets. Only two minor nits. First, the AC voltage is selected via a manual switch on the bottom of the unit - wish it could auto-sense the voltage instead. If you leave it on 110V and plug it into a 220V outlet (say, in NZ), I suppose the unit might fry (dunno for sure). Also, when we returned to USA, I forgot about the switch and when I went to use it, it failed. After a few minutes I realized the issue, flipped the switch back to 110VAC and all was good again. The second nit is the small water reservoir. It's good enough for one, maybe two shirts depending on their size/material. Perfect for travel, but some may get annoyed that they need to refill the reservoir once or twice. It pops out for refilling very easily (just pull straight out with two fingers), so it's really no big deal. Really a great product, will be traveling with us many more times.

Convenient for a 2 uses…then all out of Steam 😥
I bought this in July for a trip in August. I was really excited with the dual voltage switch option. I even told my dog walker about it but changed my tune later. I used it once before my trip to try out in the US and again on my Italy trip and it worked well. You do have to refill the little water tank for a dress each time but worth it for the size inconvenience. I went to use it again at home in October & it didn’t work. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to investigate, but I tried it again a few week later in November. I put new water in, insured the voltage switch was correct & even switched to different outlets but still no steam came out. I was bummed. The power seemed to be working and it turned from red to green and I could feel the heat. Something inside must have malfunctioned. I did look at it closely & Nothing seems to be disconnected or I would’ve tried to troubleshoot more. It’s quite disappointing that I am passed the return window and only got a couple uses as its intended for travel and most of us only travel every so often so it doesn’t get continual use in that short window. I would say the price was decent except for the two uses definitely to $$$, almost $20 per for my 2 wrinkle free dresses 😳😭😅.* I will say I did not reach out to the company separately to see if they would make an exception and if they do and they replace it, I would definitely change my review rating and give it another try. The size & convenience was great but having it work is of paramount importance.

Great if you hate ironing and for travels. No need to constantly hold down the button.
I hate ironing and since I am using a dryer, my clothes are usually not wrinkly enough to be worth ironing. But I like to freshen up my shirts or skirts or get the folding lines out of my garments, especially when travelling. That's when a steamer comes handy. It gets rid of the wrinkles and makes the clothes presentable. Steamer does not give you that perfectly crisp ironed effect, especially on shirts. So bear that in mind, if that's your desired outcome, this might not be the right thing for you. But if you hate ironing and all that hassle with ironing board just for a one damn shirt, this might be the right thing for you. You can get a more pressed effect by using a steamer over an ironing board or bed, but since I am mainly using it in a rush to quickly get clothes I am planning to wear that day steamed, this tool is irreplaceable in my kit.I've got this steamer as a replacement for my Philips steamer (not compatible with US voltage), so haven't used this steamer for too long, but I've tried to get wrinkles off from my heavy duty curtains and it worked! I really like that there is no need to hold down the button for the steam to come off. It steams at a constant rate, has no sudden steam outbursts which I like. I haven't tried to use this overseas just yet, but I am happy to have a steamer back in my life again!TLDR: perfect if you hate ironing, to quickly get rid of wrinkles out of a piece of garment or two. Great for travels. Don't get this If you need a steamer to replace an iron for a huge pile of clothes. In that case: iron + ironing board = more efficient.

Compact and functional, but not for heavier fabrics.
Pros: This item is very ergonomic to use. I love that it is dual voltage for ease when traveling abroad. It’s compact size makes it perfect for travel; and it’s tank size allows for steaming multiple items of clothing. It is also very sturdy and unlikely to topple if left upright (kids and pets safety).Cons: Unfortunately for me, the primary reason I need a steamer is for curtains and heavier fabrics. This item did not work effectively on my curtains. It did, however easily release wrinkleson lightweight and medium weight fabrics.

Don't Rely on the Shower steam or the Iron with the Hard Water Stains
I didn't think I would need this. As a frequent traveler domestic and internationally, I try to keep my carry-on with only the essentials. My colleagues like to use the steam from the shower and quite frankly, I find this method to be a gigantic waste of water and time. The hotel irons have scorched marks and are not reliable. I bought this and tried it out over 3 weeks in France. It was great. It doesn't take up too much space and with the built-in converter, I did not need anything else. NOTE: I have an EU plug with a brick that has multiple US outlets. The steamer works as advertised and it has an additional benefit of killing bed bugs if you encounter any, thankfully, we did not. I did take the steamer to China a week later and was excellent for all my dress shirts. Great steamer for on-the-go or in a pinch.

Loved it, but it stopped working after a few months
I loved this steamer. Perfect color, was easy to use, worked great, and was compact/great for travel, but only worked for 4 months. It just completely stopped producing steam. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another one, but it stopped working after a month (stopped producing steam in the middle of steaming a dress). I plan on requesting the manufacturer replace it again and again until the 1 year warranty is up based on principle. I would not recommend this product.
