I have used this item pretty often in my manufacturing facility. It has worked accurately and was super easy to use. I needed a water activity meter and the competitive products cost significantly more. I would love something less expensive but comparatively it is pretty solid.

The company does not give you assistance!
When I tried to use the AMTAST Meter I was totally confused and tried to call the company but was unable to do so. I received two emails of which neither were helpful. The third email was in Chinese, thanking me for purchasing the machine. As of today I am not happy with my purchase. The company here in America should be able to talk me through setting up the meter.Sign me,NOT HAPPY!!!!!
