Without going into too much detail,these are great supplements.I believe they have stabilised my movements to normal.Great for eating out and holidays when you can't control your intake so easily. I just take 2 tablets now every meal and eat like I have done before.For me, definitely help with lactose and sorbitol issues from dairy and stoned fruit. I have tried to mess around with finding alternatives for just these two issues, but keep coming back to these as they work 100% for me. Try them and see would be my advice.

I take these as a stop gap. I now have a social life where I can eat in restaurant's without worrying that the waiter has forgotten to put through my gluten free option.I don't know how much you have to take to counter the gluten Or lactose but I take 2 before a restaurant meal, 15 mins before, and I have not Had an incident in 2 years.Obviously I am still very careful and order gluten free options but this gives me that added peace of mind.Try the small bottle to see if it helps. I saw no side effects apart from better digestion.

I am on AIP diet and this helps tremendously.

This product is the best for IBS , i take before mealtimes but i make sure I take peppermint oil well before I starts eating. I don't fell fullness , lack of breath , sinusitis, i dont have bloating .... i feel llke a new guy again!!I could say i tried many enzymes with no much success but this one seems to be the best of them all.I could eat avocado , peanuts , papaya , melon and so forth , i think the phenols are so bad for ,me in foods. I am still avoiding wheat , milk and soya , once you feel that you could eat pretty much everything , i do not bother with them .

Love these I’m gluten and lactose intolerant and these enzymes work brilliantly had lots of repeat orders and will continue (as long as the price doesn’t get ridiculously high)

Great for my daughter who has difficult to digest a lot of food. this is really helping her. she sometimes refuse to swallow, then i just open a capsule and spread on to her food, it quickly break them down to liquid form especially carbs i think. this is meant to be one of the best out there. and think it is a great deal. the price isn't cheap here in the UK, (cheaper on US dollar of course) but contains 120 caps and my daughter only takes 1 , twice a day. so its lasting quite a bit. i'll not hesitate to re-purchase in the future*nothing major but if you open a capsule and take in a powder form, the taste is horrible. better swallow if can..
