Been looking for something to help me suppress my appetite since I gained 10 pounds after menopause. After looking at all my options I decided to try this one because it doesn’t have caffeine or any ingredients that increases my heart rate. The package came on time and sealed. I decided to try it for lunch and see how it went. I took the pill an hour before my meal with a glass of water. As the hour was approaching I felt nausea so I knew it was time to eat. I had my lunch like normal and went about my day. The pill works like a charm. Did not feel full but didn’t feel any cravings either. It felt so natural.I will revisit my review if I see something different after 2 weeks of trying this product.

I don't write reviews but I HAVE to on this one. I was attracted to this weight loss product because no stimulants or caffeine, it is only supposed to make you feel full and reviews were good. I can not take it any longer only after 3 doses! I followed directions and drank 2 glasses of water with the pill an hr. b4 eating. After I ate all 3 times I felt VERY sick to my stomach. I am right now fighting off vomiting. I should have NEVER taken it after the first pill. I blamed myself, thinking I didn't drink enough water b/c the directions say 2 glasses of water. They didn't tell how many oz. glasses. Of course they do NOT take returns so I'm out $36 plus tax. DO NOT TAKE THE RISK TO BUY THIS!!

I have been struggling with my weight and cravings and been trying to curb them myself. Upon looking at different vitamins and looking at the reviews, I decided to give these a shot. I take them 3 times a day. It definitely helps suppress appetite and with my cravings. I am 3 days in and down 4lbs. I measure out and portion my meals and even with taking these, I do not even east my portion. Even though the price is high, hands down worth the money!!! This is one product I will keep buying.

I ordered these to suppress my appetite. I haven’t noticed much change in my appetite at all. I didn’t get any extra energy. I don’t think these work.

I'm loving this product. Not only is it all natural but it does make me feel full - so I'm eating less. Even snacking has gone down. So far, I'm really happy and would definitely recommend it. I just told my Mom to buy it!

Overall, this product doesnt work. I am not obese or an over eater and I go to the gym 4 days a week for years now. I was looking for something to help appetite in the evenings and I honestly noticed NOTHING o not after taking this for a week. Real bummer.
