Small, light and very effective. Whenever I’ve sat too long on the couch I get up and do a bit !

Bought as a replacement for an old one we ‘lost’ (misplaced). This one is a good substitute albeit a little small in circumference.Wouldn’t recommend if you have large feet (please excuse the ‘sandle feet’)

I had one of these years ago and searched for another a while backSo, i weighed around 11 stone when purchased ( giving you an idea based on comfort|) , it takes stress off knees when twisting, I am now in my 50's and it still worked the same as the old one i had years ago, it will bring you more shape to your waist, pull in tummy muscles faster than sit ups, top tip, do it whilst listening to a favorite song, or if there are long commercials, you won't notice, i wish more people knew how good these are, most of my friends have them now. save money and try one, instead of the gym

I was looking for something small and lightweight , to give an all over keep fit exercise . This is perfect.I can use it indoors and even out in the sunshine on the patio. Fantastic!!

For the price it's ok but it does leave black bits on the floor after use so not suitable for prolonged use and will probably have a shorter lifetime than others

I have size size feet and they barely fit on there. The top layer of plastic is very thin and when you stand on it you can feel the bumps from the inside, feels like it will snap in half and is very uncomfortable for the feet, do not recommend! Spend a bit of extra money and get a better quality one

Takes a little bit of getting used to but is a very handy piece of equipment
