This freeze dried ice cream/ ice cream candy is finger-licking delicious. The chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry flavors taste just like the original ice cream, except that it's dry and crunchy.After all this scrumptious praise so far, there's only one thing I have to gripe about here. It's just that the amount for each bag is so small. There's only 2 servings per bag and it's not hard to eat over 1 serving of this freeze dried treat before you even realize it. I try my best to eat this dry ice cream treat sparingly, but one bag would only last me 2 weeks to 3 at most. I can't imagine how fast it would go if I lived with kids in my house.I guarantee you that with kids, over half the bag or as much as 3 /4 s the bag will be eaten up the first day it comes home unless you it hide away from them. If your children get their little hands on this bag in the kitchen, they will bust it open and gobble it up like little piggies until there would be very little left for you grownups!My main point and gripe which prevents this from getting 5 stars: the bag and the amount of ice cream candy offered here is just too small! I would gladly pay twice as much to get a "Family Size" bag of this Neapolitan freeze dried ice cream with at least double the amount of dry ice cream chunks that you're getting from this bag ( If only a larger Family size bag existed!). Otherwise I'd have to spend over 100 bucks to get a bunch of bags worth a month supply here.In all its deliciousness, there were so few pieces per bag that I felt I was overpaying and not getting my money's worth.I give it a yummy 4 1/2 stars but not quite a 5 - due to it's disappointingly frugal / stingy quantity per bag.

WARNING: Freeze dried ice cream is highly addictive. I’ve been through approximately 40-50 bags of Arctic Farms over the last year. Tried nearly all of their 30-some odd flavors, and they are all outstanding. Out of maybe 6 amazon shipments and maybe 4 orders directly from the company, i’ve never gotten a bad bag or erroneous order. These guys know how to do it. Highly recommend:Tira MisuButter PecanPistachioCheesecakeCoffeeArctic Farms themself will occasionally throw out a coupon code.Lastly, if you’re really hooked like me, go for the 1lb bag; It easily lasts several weeks if you remove the air from the bag & make sure it’s sealed well. I’ll also throw in a desiccant pack for the larger bags that I work on for several weeks.

Product arrived on time and was well-packaged. The flavor did not taste like ice cream to me. If ice cream was used it tasted like it had a lot of artificial ingredients. It might be good to some people but I did not like it.

Good but not worth $15. needs lower price or more volume.
