Taking buffered vitamin c has been a game changer for me. Not only has this given me a huge immune boost as a nurse and getting exposed to things but it’s also helped with my gut. I've been taking 1000 mg of vitamin C daily for years. But I had to take two capsules, until I found this product. It has 1000 mg in only on tablet. The tablet is fairly large, but I don't have any trouble swallowing it. It probably has a smooth coating on it that makes it easier to swallow.

I have been taking these fro some time now. Highly recommend. I gave it the lowest mark on taste, because you swallow them whole, and don't chew them........not fair to even list this....moot point.

Doesn’t upset my stomach, I have bloating issues as well as GERD and a hiatal hernia.I would highly recommend for getting the most vitamin C without adverse side affects.
