Haven’t gotten sick since I’ve been taking these and another 2 I ordered from somewhere else. The combination of the 3 has me feeling fantastic. The whole house was sick with colds except me when normally I’m the one always sick or stay sick almost 2-3 weeks longer than them since I contacted COVID a year ago!

You can definitely feel a difference almost as soon as you take an Imm Power+! This a is great supplement if you're looking to boost your immune system and get some anti aging spermidine too. Fermented wheat germ is a natural source of spermidine that helps boost our mitochondria and thus helps with aging, according to the mitochondrial theory of aging. AHCC works wonders for the immune system too with a completely different mechanism of action compared to traditional supplements. This combo of AHCC and wheat germ is actually a match made in heaven. It seems expensive but if you look at spermidine made from wheat germ (not synthetic), you'll see the price is quite reasonable, especially since this has AHCC too.

This is a great AHCC supplement. It's just 1g of AHCC per serving, plus 100mg of "super concentrate" wheat germ extract.I take it regularly during winter months to keep my immunity up. The science seems solid, but this is not something I take all the time for general health.At 2 capsules per serving, it lasts just 30 days, which is part of my reason for only uses it in particular instances.The wheat germ extract is interesting, but this particular extract needs more research and I don't believe it has been clinically studied to show any benefits.Overall - great upgraded AHCC supplement.
