So far, so good. Bright and white, just what I needed.
I use this LED bulb outdoors to light up the front area of our garage and it does a good job. I like that it is a bright white light and seems to be well made. We'll see how long it lasts, hopefully at least a few years.

Works Perfectly !!!
This was so easy to use. Screws in like any normal light bulb, but WOW............the light it puts out. Tremendous. I have a 3-car garage and 1 of the 3 energy efficient bulbs burned out after 10 years. I bought this bulb, made it the center one in the garage, and I almost don't need the other two because it is so bright. With the longevity prediction for this bulb, I'll be 6-feet under and it'll still be burnin'.

I purchased a Feit before this, hoping the name brand would mean it was reliable, well as luck would have it, dead out the box. I had a corncob looking massive one fail after 2 years but maybe saw a total of 100 hours burn out in a jet of smoke as some component failed. This was was a few dollars less than both og them... Now in my experience, the LEDs NEVER fail, its always the driver that goes. Im hoping the little heatsink like finds molded into the base will keep it the driver cooler.

Depends on how bright you want your area
I use two of these in my garage with 15 foot ceilings. I'll keep them, but they're not as bright as I had hoped considering it read 400-500wt equivalent. I had 300wt equivalent fluorescent bulbs in there before that were brighter than, or just as bright as these.
