Can youbuy normal 57mm thermal paper or does it need to be brand specific?

Hello there, Our Memoking T02 mini sticker thermal printer uses a paper holder to avoid printing offset. With this holder, the biggest size of paper should be 55mm. Without this holder, the paper width should be 56.5mm. If you use 57mm thermal paper, it might be stuck during printing. And also other paper won't have the same printing effects like the original papers.

Does this printer come with the printing paper or do they both come separately or do they come together?

Hi there is one roll smaple paper comes with the printer and it will be put inside the machine.

Does this work independently or do you need to subscribe to something also can refills be bought easily

hello, t02 mini printer works with ios and android phones and tablets. refill is memoking t02 papers. no need ink. no need to subscribe, use free phomemo app to print.

I have fully charged this and tried to print out and the words i can not read clear and I need to help me for university

Have you tried changing the font/ size to give you a clearer image. Luckily, I have never had this issue. Alternatively, may be worth speaking with the seller and see if they can help
