This actually tasted really good i was worried but it's ok i would buy again. I wish they had the tea version in stock i don't like coffee.

It works for me!
As soon as I started using this I began to lose weight as it gives me a full feeling so I consume a lot less food. I lost nearly two stone last year and believe this really helped me so I still have it every day as I find when I run out I will eat more on those days. I intermittent fast some days and it helps with this. I also feel like it makes me feel calmer. I usually make it a bit stronger by adding it to a teaspoon of regular coffee as I find it tastes a little weak for my liking. It is a bit expensive and has risen in price but I would definitely recommend it if your goal is to lose fat.

Full of absolute junk (including sugar) that causes issues diarrhea. Not good.

Helped me
Ive been using this coffee for a week ( once a day ) and I can honestly say its helped me so much with my bloating. I feel fuller/ more confy in the day and Ive lost 4lbs.Didn't get this to lose weight tho, tried as Ive IBS and other things not helped me.Would recommend. I have it black with 2x sweetners . Its got a nice taste
