Overall solid product. Generally detail cars using a 'rinseless' approach with distilled or DI water, and got tired of going to the local grocery for it. This system makes it way easier to source soft water, and is portable enough to be mobile. I am also able to use this in conjunction with my Ryoi pressure washer (1.8psi/1.2gpm) and do not experience any reduction in performance. Took me a few times using it to learn to drain the water/hose line AND 'de-pressurize' the containers before disconnecting things (water goes everywhere). I use quick connects on both sides for convenience. No leaks or drips.- everything connects and works as it should. During the install I ran into some challenges and called iSpring Water Customer Support. The support rep, Nick, was super helpful and took immediate action to help resolve (10/10 customer support, thanks Nick!!).

The iSpring Spotless Car Wash System (Model WGB22BD-BP) is a must-have for any car enthusiast. It delivers truly spotless, streak-free results thanks to the deionized water—no more water spots, even in direct sunlight! The bypass valve is a great touch, letting you easily switch between filtered and regular water.I did have a a couple hiccups with a few missing parts, but iSpring’s customer service was fantastic. Nick responded quickly and had the replacements shipped out immediately. His help was above and beyond what I expected—super professional and efficient.Great product, even better support. This is amazing! I have never been able to get my vehicles spot free even after hand drying. I used this system for the first time and purposely rinsed and walked away to see what would happen. Every inch of my vehicle, even the glass is absolutely spotless. Very impressed.

This significantly helped with eliminating water spots when washing and reduced the need to really dry the car (except when there is pollen in the air). Highly recommend the filtration system.

I love that I can wash my car without drying it now. This thing really works and saves tons of time. It's also easy to give the car a quick rinse when it gets dusty. My only complaint is that the hose connections on either side of the filter were swapped. It took me a while to figure this out because the filter clearly indicates which way the water should flow, yet it was impossible to connect the hose. When I realized that the adapters were swapped, I used pliers to unscrew them and swap them.

I bought two of these last year. Replacement filters seem to be unavailable anywhere including from iSpring. Pretty useless without new filters and it's not like I bought these years ago. Great (/s) product support.

Let me start off by saying the customer support is 10 stars. They will respond to you in a timely manner.My first wash was a disappointment. I knew going in my water was hard and has a tds of approx 700.But it turns out I needed to change my methods. I was using a cheap foam wash and an even worse foam gun not to mention I was washing in direct sun.After switching to a quality lubricating foam wash and a quality foam gun and not washing in direct sun, the results were what I excepted. Zero water spots.My vehicle is new and ceramic coated. After washing and rinsing I do go around the vehicle with an air blower for about 3-5 min.’s to get most of the water off. But the leftover water dries spotless.
