Es un adaptador pesado con el exterior de metal sólido, tiene los bordes muy puntiagudos pero no filosos. El interior es de plástico solido.Las velocidades son perfectas y alcanzan los 10gbps. Tiene un cable USB C a C, no incluye adaptador a USB A pero se puede usar otro cable.La unidad es fácil de instalar y tiene repuestos de los tornillos de goma que se pueden usar en otro lado. El disipador incluido es un pedazo de lámina delgada sin mucha función. No recomiendo usarlo ya que no es necesario pero se puede reutilizar el pad térmico con otro disipador más eficaz.

This enclosure works well during operation, and it comes with a thermal pad and sheet metal to keep the (not-included) SSD cool. My only dilemma is that the internal faster is a rubber nub that fits into a non-threaded hole so no screwdriver needed. While this is a pro for some who may swap SSDs often, it is a hinderance to me as the rubber holder is very weak and the SSD inside can come loose. I would prefer a screw-driven fastener instead, or something stronger otherwise.

NOTE: You may need to format your NVMe SSD first before your computer recognizes the drive in the enclosure. This may be true for many enclosures, not just the MAIWO.I received the MAIWO M.2 SSD Enclosure Adapter today along with my ADATA Legend 840 PCIe Gen4 x4 1TB SSD. The enclosure was well packaged and the quality feels very good for the low price. I would have preferred an actual screw to secure the NVMe in place instead of a rubber plug, but it feels like it'll hold the NVMe in place.After installing the ADATA Legend 840 I proceeded to connect the supplied USB-C cable to my computer and booted it up. Here's were it got interesting. The computer saw the drive, but complained that it was uninitialized and could not format it. Using Disk Manager in Windows 11 didn't help. After a bit of research it turns out that this is a common issue with NVME enclosures and the fix is (relatively) easy, though somewhat inconvenient. I had to format the NVMe drive first for Windows to recognize it properly in the enclosure. Fortunately, my motherboard has a second NVMe slot that I was able to use and format the SSD. After formatting and re-installing in the enclosure the drive was recognized immediately.The speed was great, too. Although you'll never achieve theoretical transfer speeds, it was nice to see a 10GB file from my internal NVMe drive transfer at nearly 1GB/sec to the external NVMe. I'm used to seeing slow speeds with USB thumb drives, even USB 3.x drives, so the much faster transfer here is quite welcomed.Overall, this is a great enclosure for a very good price. Time will tell if it lasts, and if I have any issues I'll update the review.PROs: Great bang for the buck, quality feels good, nice transfer speeds, includes thermal pad and metal heat spreader if you need it.CONs: Rubber peg instead of screw to secure NVMe, USB-C cable is laughably short, no USB-C to USB-A cable.Overall: 4 out of 5.
