Great arctic sleeves for my tendinitis and recovery. It’s almost unbearably cold but feels so so good. The material is so soft, the fit is great for anywhere on my arms. The cold only lasts approximately 10-15 minutes, but it’s perfect for after working out. Would highly recommend!

A lot easier to use on elbow than standard packs. As others have stated they don't stay cold very long but they last long enough for recommended cold treatment of no more than 20 minutes. Based on height and weight I needed a medium which works pretty well but can slip off at times.

Convenient in that it allows you to walk around while the pack stays on your knee. Order a size down for a bit more compression. I wish it later a bit longer. Cold therapy will run out around 15-20 minutes but because it's a two pack, you can just switch them out and you get a solid 30-40 minutes.

These arm/elbow ice packs are great! The sizing chart helped a lot to understand which size to get. When I leave them in the freezer overnight, they get super cold and stay cold for a long time! I would definitely recommend these!
