The media could not be loaded. ⭐ 1 Star – Worst After-Sales Service | Waste of Time and MoneyI purchased this Livpure Smart Ortho DUOS-X Reversible King Size Mattress (ASIN: B0BMQLJSC6) on 2nd April 2024, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. After just 11 months of use, the mattress has started to swell from one side (about 10 inches area), especially where my husband sits and works. This clearly points to poor quality or structural failure, despite the tall claims of a 5-year warranty.I contacted Livpure customer support through Amazon, and since then, it’s been a daily circus! They keep calling me repeatedly, asking for new photos or videos every single day, from different angles, again and again. I have already shared countless images and multiple videos, and they still keep demanding more—either “shorter” or “longer” versions of the same video. Ridiculous!Do they even understand that this is a king-size mattress? Taking off the bedsheet, mattress protector, shifting the heavy mattress to take photos daily is physically exhausting and mentally draining—especially for someone like me who is a homemaker and runs a business.I even requested them to send a technician home, which is the basic courtesy expected for a warranty claim. But they flat-out refused. I also asked for a WhatsApp number to send all images and videos at once, but they don't support that either.It's very clear now—Livpure is just running away from their warranty responsibilities. Their customer support is not only unhelpful but also mentally harassing. I regret buying this mattress and will never recommend Livpure to anyone. If you value your money, peace of mind, and health—stay away from this brand.

The mattress is good, but no edge support. This makes very uncomfortable on either sides as you might feel slippery. The length also seems to be slightly smaller than mentioned, but not a major difference. Overall it meets the purpose and good for the price.
